Smooth very casual interview. Showed examples of the work. Met most of the employees. Quick response time and clear communication. Skills ability test was administered. Reviewed their cad machine. Did a zoom call with the lead electrician
2 interviews and a skills test. 1st round with recruiter, 2nd round with key players. checked with how my process is for developing their needs and also seemed to ask leading questions for culture fit.
