There was an initial interview with the hiring manager and talent acquisition specialist. Mostly behavioural type questions asking for specific examples. The interview was focused on both technical knowledge and cultural fit.

Once you get past the Applicant Tracking system, the interview is pretty relaxed but can vary, depending on the position. It ranges from a 1 to 3 step process to ensure you not only would be able to do the job but would fit in the culture

Screening program was very progressive because it was all via an online program , it is fair/unbiased, but the actual interview and homework/problem solving question we had to submit to the hiring manager to go over during the interview was not a true reflection of what the job required. I felt a bit mislead..
