I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Engage fi (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2024
Interview
Highlight: I interviewed with the HR Recruiter. She was very friendly and spoke about her background on how she got started and grew within the company. She made me feel comfortable during the entire conversation. I was told I would need to take a Predictive Index quiz for an assessment afterwards and that I would be notified by "x or y" day for next steps. This was just a screening call so not much to share regarding the actual interview.
The Negatives: With no news or updates regarding my application came through (I waited a few more days after the days I was told I would hear back) I reached out via email to check in on my application status and almost immediately I received a generic copy and paste rejection response, just as another reviewer here noted. I did not get feedback on the quiz I had to take either. I sent a reply thanking them for the time and opportunity, and also inquired for feedback both regarding the interview and the index quiz to see if perhaps that had anything to do with the decision but also know what I can improve on for future interviews, though I never heard back which was disappointing.
I want to also add, the application did not disclose EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) and while not a requirement by any means, it is extremely common for job applications now to disclose this, and upon my own screening of the company, there is no diversity- just as another person noted on glassdoor, which is a shame.

Question 1
This was just a screening call so they asked questions based on your resume and background.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Engage fi in June 2023
Interview
I applied for the role on Linkedin, and was contacted by HR. I went through three rounds of interviews over a month. This was my second time interviewing with this company, and it will be my last. They took well over a month just to send me a computer-generated rejection e-mail. This company has a lot of red flags including they have no diversity within the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Engage fi in Mar 2022
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter via LinkedIn for a PM position. My resume was submitted and I was invited to interview. The interview went well, but there were a few red flags. 1. The interviewer was late, and she seemed super cold. 2. I didn’t even have a chance to ask any questions. I was told next steps was to take an assessment. I spent two hours doing an assessment they required which I feel was bias. I felt I did well, but never received any feedback. Two weeks went by and I was told I was still being considered. Well once I finally got tired of waiting, I reached back out to the recruiter to be told they selected another candidate. I still have never received any feedback. There is a lot of issues with this company recruiting and they literally have NO diversity which makes me think I wasn’t selected for other reasons. Also, they changed their name to Engage FI.
