Engine Sales interview questions

This place is full of completely out of touch people. I applied for a role I was overly qualified based on my experience and proven achievements. Instead of trying to understand my experience, the oddball recruiter and power hungry “director of account management girl” chose to grill me on question after question after question, leaving no opportunity for me to ask about their company or the role. Makes you wonder what they’re trying to hide. Especially when I answered the questions thoroughly, it was really weird she kept asking the same things repeatedly. What’s even weirder is that the same roles within their sales team perpetually open and close, which is telling about the folks who work there.
