An online application followed up by an online interview over zoom. Company asked some brief questions to confirm that the applicant wasn't lying on their application. Company didn't give the applicant enough time to ask any questions.

Asked to come in for interview. The guy seemed upset I did not know it was a pay per lesson deal rather than salary, even though not mentioned in the advertisement. Nothing mentioned before interview about being required to stay all day at a place with the possibility of being paid nothing. Contacted him later to say I would not take the position. "We weren't going to offer it to you anyway."
