Starting from a description of a situation you have to describe specific skills that you have.
Three step process. Hr first and after two managers.

Had 3 different interview rounds, with HR first then managers and senior team members, efficient communication overall. The process took about one month overall. Motivational and technical questions, on exposure, pnl, other risk metrics and refinery terminology

Interview
Three main rounds. One with hr, hiring manager and then senior manager. 1 hour each and face to face. Polite and professional. No written test, just experience and few risk analysis questions. The HR questions didnt have any right or wrong answers.
