-resume and cover letter screening
-soft skill/motivational online interview with a few brain teasers to assess problem solving skills
-case study in person interview on an oil and gas process

The best interview I have ever had. Lead engineer conducted the interview. Since I didn't have experience, he askeed fundamental questions at the beginning of interview. Then asked about, hysys, some basic calculations of equipment. Then he told that results were positive.
