      Telephone Triage Nurse Interview

      19 Dec 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Texas City, TX
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enlyte (Texas City, TX) in Dec 2025

      Interview

The interview was long and even went over the scheduled hour by almost 20 mins which felt disrespectful of my time. The interview also focused on why I should say no to the job- no incentives for nurses at all, mandatory OT, black out dates for vacation spanning almost all summer, minimal raises, schedule bidding every 6 months. Basically the job sounded horrific and based on the lack of interaction between me and the interviewers, I think they’re just looking for warm bodies.
