I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enlyte in Apr 2026
Interview
Very rigid and not a great experience, seemed more focused on testing .NET trivia rather than figuring out anything about what I've done. Also they asked me point blank at one point if I was looking at another screen because my eyes wandered while I was thinking and explaining something.
Very aggressive and unprofessional recruiter reached out and asked very strange questions around salary expectations after making assumptions about the candidate. Clearly the salaries here are way below average. All the negative comments in the reviews about wages and benefits are true. This recruiter was clearly ignorant on what the salaries are in Illinois and was condescending and gaslighting in response when informed. If this is the first level experience from the company in the interview process then not sure how toxic the place is in treating its employees.

Question 1
I declined to proceed after chatting with the unprofessional recruiter Frankie.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enlyte (Texas City, TX) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview was long and even went over the scheduled hour by almost 20 mins which felt disrespectful of my time. The interview also focused on why I should say no to the job- no incentives for nurses at all, mandatory OT, black out dates for vacation spanning almost all summer, minimal raises, schedule bidding every 6 months. Basically the job sounded horrific and based on the lack of interaction between me and the interviewers, I think they’re just looking for warm bodies.
