Long process: an application form, a mini project (tech challenge) with a defined stack, and two interviews. One was a coding interview with an exercise, and the other was a discussion about the mini project from the beginning.

They asked me about the stack I used in the project (tech challenge), and I walked them through how it worked.

un challenge full stack, basicamente un crud, que aplique algun que otro filtro, buenas practicas en la api y suma puntos el despliegue. tambien te piden subir el codigo al repo que ellos te crean, si lo aprobas pasas a una entrevista de live coding

Interview
En primera instancia te dan un cuestionario de 30 preguntas para responder. Luego si superaste eso te vas a una parte práctica en la cual te envían un proyecto para que realices.
