Entigy Associates interview questions

Asked me extensively about specific projects I had completed in previous experience, and further told me I shouldn't spend time talking about those projects and move onto the 'more impressive' ones despite already asking about the 'less impressive'. Pushed on to tell me my CV was short of experience despite hiring for a junior role. Finally, they lowballed the offer, incrementally shaving £7k off the initial offer that I received and expecting me to settle for what I currently earn.
