Interview
The interview process consisted of a screening interview with the recruiter followed by two 30 minutes interviews. The first 30 min interview was with the team lead and the second was with the office manager and a corporate liaison. The first two are virtual via teams while the last is in person.

Interview
The recruiter was very responsive, but the overall process was confusing. After three interviews, I was told the role was filled with a different candidate, only to see it reposted two hours later on LinkedIn. Salary ranges were inconsistent (listed at $68k online, quoted $80k in interviews), and expectations around experience didn’t align with the profiles they ultimately consider. In my case, I brought strong relevant experience, but they appeared to prioritize less experienced candidates in their other locations.
Additionally, the final in person interview conversation lacked clarity and energy, making it difficult to get a real sense of the role or team dynamic. Overall, clearer communication, consistent salary ranges, and a more transparent process would greatly improve the candidate experience.
