it is generally quite simple, just finding out more about you and your experiences and understanding how you can work in their area and improve their work to be better
Short and straight to the point, the interviewees were nice, can't really nego salary. You won't really have a long waiting time to be accepted. Don't take their word for it, might not have enough guidance as you think.
