Came in for an informal meeting and ended up in the lunch room during the morning tea time. Felt a little weird to be interviewing in a shared space. The interviewer was nice but it was clear the role was more management focused than I had been led to believe.

Standard interview panel with the line manager, sector manager, and HR. Each panel member had their own set of questions; Personality/ Behavioural traits, technical competence, work background. Example scenario questions are asked using STAR method
