Pathetic HR recruitment . Low grade people in India interview. All the new Employee are one , who could not get any job outside. India Directors are recruited recently from other companies, where they were on or below band of Track lead and Assistant Manager. Clueless HR. HR are so unprofessional as they never reply on email regarding your questions. India Directors are still not sure , if Epsilon would be able to establish operation and development center. One interview panel Director was so clueless regarding industry as he was asking candidate for management profile regarding basic IP protocol.
Not a good place to work, as career would stuck and also Nobody in India management capable to drive this, so Very unsure job security.

Interview
It was a long and hard process if you do a good job they will hire you. Just know your stuff and don’t overthink it. Understand you product don’t back down. They ask many questions like other interviews
