      Client Services Interview

      2 Jan 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Epsilon (San Francisco, CA)

      Interview

I received an email from one of Epsilon's recruiters asking me to provide her with a resume and times when I ws available to meet. I replied that day. Despite follow up, I never heard back from her. It is often said that they way a candidate is treated in the recruitment process is the way they will be treated as an employee. In Epsilon's case, it says as an employee you'll be treated with contempt and disrespect. There's no excuse for treating candidates like that. None.

      Interview

Had an initial first round phone interview with an HR recruiter. About a week later I had a video interview with three different employees which was mainly behavioral questions. Overall a very pleasant and quick process.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epsilon (Wakefield, MA) in Oct 2019

      Interview

work with their HR rep, eventually went into their worksite to interview. I don't remember exactly how many rounds especially because the recruiter came to our school- they hire a lot of graduates from my school.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked pretty basic questions. I met with four different people, for 30 minutes each. They did not do a lot of prep beforehand- most looked at my resume and just asked me questions based on that for 10-15 min. Then they would just ask standard behavior questions after. They were nice people and it was a comfortable environment. They didn't ask any technical questions.
