I interviewed with a lead recruiter, director, and then the Sr. director and senior recruiter. I thoroughly enjoyed everyone's personality. I was shocked to hear that I wasn't moving forward after so many interviews.
They said they didn't move on with me because I wasn't able to describe my past positions in detail which isn't true. I went in to detail in most of my jobs, not every single one because it's a 30 minute interview and my other jobs didn't relate to the job I was interviewing for.
Also after interviewing 3 times, they should've read the feedback notes that were taken and read my resume, it states everything I've done. I feel that my time was completed wasted and that I got my hopes up high for no reason. It's definitely their loss though.
I hope companies will stop wasting candidates time. If they aren't sure about someone by a 2nd interview that shows the lack of good recruiting. A entry level recruiting coordinator doesn't need to interview with a Sr director and Sr. recruiter, very excessive and now has taken time away that could've been focused on different opportunities.
