I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epsilon (Wakefield, MA) in Jan 2014
Interview
The interview process is pretty straightforward. Usually, someone in Human Resources will reach out to you via email to set up a phone conversation. The phone conversation will usually consist of simply getting a feel for the prospect and their background and seeing how they would fit in at Epsilon. Next, the prospect will be asked to come in and interview with 3-5 different people, either for a specific client or for a general program. Everyone is very friendly which makes it less nerve racking.

Question 1
Why are you interested in Epsilon and this position?
A few phone, virtual interview followed by a project which I had the opportunity present to the team. A bit of a lengthy process but overall straightforward. You meet with multiple people at once in some stages. Generally not difficult.
At the end of the hiring process I was offered an conditional offer and then told to "hold on as the role needed to approved". Only to be told a month after the conditional offer... that they "cannot make me a formal offer. Overall this was as a demoralising experience for me and the "waiting game" took a toll on my mental health.

A lot of work experience questions and also hypotheticals.
I applied online. I received notice that my application was not selected within 2 days. I really did appreciate the email letting me know that I wasn't a contender for the role as opposed to radio silence.
