After a lot of back end forth email conversations, direct hire for Epsilon
But they said, " unfortunately it seems there is a client delay so I am not sure when we will have an update for you" .. what ?...
And their explanation of the process:
"I apologize that you are you upset about the process and experience you have had. I can give you additional context if that helps- we had 500+ applications for this role, I talked to 20 candidates, 8 had a first round interview, three had a second round interview, and the same three had final interviews. "
We are not sending candidates to the client. This is a full-time role with Epsilon, so Epsilon is making the final hiring decision.

Interview
Went F2F, had 2 rounds, 1 with Technical manager, and another with hiring manager. Everything happened quickly and staff were polite.
Position was for a Python Automation Engineer.
Wrote a solution to the program but was asked to do without if else. so be ready with concepts apart from the mainstream ideas.
