Object oriented programming questions with some questions surrounding your interested path. Didnt reply after denial, which is soured the taste. Overall, the interviewers were very nice and the process was enjoyable, but I wish they wouldn't ghost after a denial.
I applied online. I interviewed at Epsilon (Irving, TX)
Interview
Initial interview with the recruiter was great, but then they make you go through a 2 1/2 hour long interview with the a bunch of different people.. for an internship. The software development team was also not welcoming in the slightest, not engaging in conversation, and showed their blatant disregard to you if you weren't a male from India. Lot of discrimination in their hiring practices and it is definitely not a company that promotes diversity and inclusion if that is what you're looking for.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epsilon in Oct 2024
Interview
Had a phone screening and then a final round interview about 2 weeks later where we got to have 30 minute conversations with three managers. Those conversations were really low-stakes and engaging (mostly talking about experiences, projects, your goals). Overall I had a really positive interview experience and the interviewers made an effort to care.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were working on a project but then later the requirements changed or you had to go in a new direction.
