I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Dallas, TX) in July 2018
Interview
I was first contacted by a financial advisor who asked me for a phone call. After our phone call which consisted of basic introductory questions and general career questions we set up an in person interview. The first in person was informal and getting to know each other better and discussing my background in more depth as well as the role. During the second interview I met with other advisors in the office and got more into compensation, benefits, training process and in depth job function. Third interview consisted of meeting with Regional Senior Vice President where we spoke about each others passions and reasons why AXA appeared to be a good fit. All in all the process was very nice and there were no questions meant to grill you.
