I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Pittsburgh, PA) in Feb 2014
Interview
Contacted an acquaintance who worked at AXA. Met with him and talked about the company for about an hour. Scheduled an interview with the branch manager the following week. Interview was quite simple, just some behavioral interview questions and questions such as why you want to work at AXA. Met the branch manager a second time a few more behavioral questions and then received a job offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (San Francisco, CA) in June 2023
Interview
Quick, casual and easy. Soft skills are more important than technical skills for the role. Had 3 interviews: 1. HR - just a casual intro and why you want to work here type of questions. 2. Managing Partner - Asked about my experience 3. Mentor- Managerial and team interview same as 2nd round
It was a multi-step process, which went faster than I had anticipated. That was much more exciting because through out the process the excitement was there and everyone was replying extremely promptly.
