Pushes towards people who would be okay with a commission based pay system and tends to not continue with people who would prefer regular wages. The interview was a group interview which I found odd, and tends to go for people with almost zero experience, even in terms of education.

They do not ask much about you, its more them telling you it will be a glorified sales role. The job is basically cold calling without any base pay and they expect you to be able to move to new york without any compensation. My opinion would to steer clear from these guys.
Great initial interview. Was fed lots of helpful information regarding the job and what it looks like. The gentleman who interviewed me was very respectful and transparent to what the job looks like

Started with prep phone call, next had a zoom conversation, after that had another zoom convo, then in person presentation . Was a good process they were all very nice
