Hiring and Interview process back in 1999 was simple and easy. I had only 1 interview with the then acting AVP and was hired within 2 weeks of the interview.

Have to admit I had no difficult questions as the person interviewing me did most of the talking and asked a few questions related to my product knowledge and experience with variable annuities.

Multiple rounds of interviews with senior managers 4-5 rounds. All virtual interviews that lasted 30-40 mins. No exams. Communicated with HR coordinator. No in-person interview provided. Interviews focused on background and needs of the role. General interview.
