Interview
It was an entry-level role at a small company. The interview focused more on personality and cultural fit than technical skills. It lasted about 30 minutes, and the questions were fairly straightforward. The hiring manager was friendly and made an effort to break the ice, which helped make the conversation more relaxed and engaging.
