The interview process was lengthy and heavily dishonest. I applied for the position of process engineer and was asked to interview for process engineer and maintenance manager position. Upon arriving for my interview I was told I would be interviewing for a 3rd position as well (project manager). I spent nine hours in interviews being told I was being considered for all three positions and asking individuals that worked these roles questions regarding the position. At the end of the day I was informed by the HR department that the process engineer and project manager positions were already filled prior to my interview and that I was only going to be considered for the maintenance manager role, which I had not even applied to. This company used deceitful and dishonest methods in their interview process and wasted over 11 hours of my day on an interview that did not benefit anybody.
