Eskandar interview questions

There was an initial screening with the COO, which was pleasant. After this, I progressed to the next stage with a senior member of staff, which firstly was re-arranged at the last minute. I understand that things pop up, but when I did finally have the telephone interview, it was during a lunch break. I am certain that if I was eating during an interview, I wouldn't get the job, so why it could not be arranged at a better time is puzzling. The questions were mostly simple, only it became clear what was going on (see former employee's review). Without going into detail, it threw me off and I found out at the end of the call that this person was going on holiday for two weeks starting the next day. Why arrange interviews if nobody is going to be available for an extended period of time? I was told that I would hear back from the company after the holiday period. To date, I have not heard back. This whole process lasted from July to September. Absolutely ridiculous.
