Very unprofessional recruiting process. The time between calls and interview rounds was unreasonably long, and during the process, they unexpectedly changed the role. After three rounds of interviews, they did not even bother to provide an answer. So disrespectful.

Terrible experience.
I was in contact with a headhunter via email then later via phone.
The company HR then reached out and scheduled (then rescheduled) the interview.
- They were almost an hour late
- Bait-and-switch tactics (and potentially racial discrimination). They later explained that the position I applied for was reserved EXCLUSIVELY for "foreigners".
- They then asked if I'm interested in a similar role for 60% less of what the head hunter previously cited.
- Would never recommend them.

Basic technical stuff. They spent the most time insisting to pay less than half of the advertised compensation.
