I applied online through an employee referral. I had a phone interview from a manager in a software development team. It was basically going through my resume and asking more details about the projects I did in college. Technicality-driven interview.

Interview
Extremely laborious and protracted interview process. Had an initial 30 minute interview, followed by a more intensive 1 hour interview, followed by a full day of 4 one hour interviews.

Why do you think you’re the best candidate for this job?
I advanced through three interview stages, including an on-site with expenses covered, but was ultimately rejected with vague feedback. The position was reopened during my interviews and has remained open since.
2 video interviews and one full day interview.
Had to email the manager to REMIND him of my interview.
3 people didn't show up the full day interview leaving me hours alone to do nothing in between interviews.
Asked me several questions not related to the position.
