Question 1
Many interviewers remarked on ESRI's "unique" culture. Few offered any specific description of what this culture was or how it was different from the "real world." They would then ask how have I dealt with differing cultures in the past.

Interview
Efficient: Phone screen with recruiter, video interview with direct managers, and final in-person panel presentation followed by back to back interview rounds with associated team. Took around half the day, but was not super formal. Everyone was warm and friendly.
