I applied online. I interviewed at Esri in July 2023
Interview
I had a senior project manager interview with the recruiter, 45 mins on zoom. The job description has the salary range from 74k-150k, however on the call the recruiter said they're aiming for a range of 100k-110k and not willing to negotiate. The interview ended immediately. This is not only misleading and deceptive to candidates, speaks to how you'll be treated at the company, but also severely underpaid for a senior position.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Esri
Interview
HR recruiter off the bat informed me the annual salary offer for Sr Project Manager is $90,000 an year. This is way below the market rate. Look else where unless you have 1 - 2 years of project management experience and looking to leap from an annual salary of $60K and up, then this post at Esri may fit you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not much in that the interviewer was not interested to learn about me with sincerity. The interviewer was looking for someone to fulfill Esri's goal of hiring someone at the price point of $90,000 an year.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Esri (Bergen op Zoom) in Apr 2021
Interview
Recruiter was very communicative until I completed the third round of interviews. I followed up twice and heard nothing. This was a classic example of ghosting. After investing time and effort into this process, I was left feeling confused and discounted. Very disappointing as I had high hopes for landing the position. However, I took the experience as a sign of how the company values people. I likely dodged a bullet.
