The last round with the hiring manager’s boss was considered difficult as she grilled on past experiences and how you would strategize to solve the issues at hands in the first 30 days.

The process is just as long as you would expect for a mid to high level corporate job. Phone screening, manager zoom call, 2nd manager call, executive zoom call, offer. Every interviewer had a nice personality so it didn’t feel dreadful.

Very friendly conversations, questions about interest in the Industry and about own background and projects.
Got a very good impression of the culture and how diversity is important to them.
The offer took quite a while and they changed recruiters ik the middle of the process.
