I applied in-person. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (London, England) in June 2015
Interview
started by emailing my CV into a contact there, very quick response saying they wanted to see me the next day, but then when i didn't pick up email as was out of the country they were very slow at getting back to me... took a few calls to get through.
Interview was 40 mins, very basic just asking questions about CV and a few about brand
Very nice interviewers and not super hard questions. Interviewers were easy to talk to and asked the typical expected questions. Just be confidient and don't stress too much and you'll be fine.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (New York, NY)
Interview
They were quite professional, they asked a few question that were enough to introduce myself snd they gave me enough information about the work and the way the company functions.
The first round was a group interview with multiple candidates. The process was structured, and the recruiters were professional and clear in explaining what the role entailed. Each candidate had a chance to introduce themselves and answer a few questions, and the format gave a good sense of how the company evaluates teamwork and communication.
