2 interviews: 1 behavioral and 1 technical. Technical asked me about the languages, projects, and tools that I put on my resume. No coding. Just basic questions about coursework, knowledge about tools and technologies you include in your resume.

What is your favorite algorithm? Whats something you can change about it?
First round is group of 5 people with 1 recruiter. Total of 3 questions and a group prompt at the end. More behavioral and why Estee Lauder type of questions.

Tell me about a time you received negative feedback?
A one-on-one with a recruiter, a HireVue, and then another one-on-one with the recruiter. On the second one-on-one, I was offered a position. The HireVue is what stumps most people. My advice for the HireVue: practice lots by recording yourself answering questions and use softwares like Big Interview to help prepare yourseld. Eliminate "umms" and other filler words, and practice looking at the camera (not at yourself). Be sure to elaborate on your experiences, but try your best not to ramble.

Why do you want to work at ELC? Tell me about a time you faced rejection and how you dealt with it. Tell me about a time that you had to step into a leadership position.
