People didnt actually know what job they were interviewing me for. I had over 4 hours of interview time, and two people actually thought they were interviewing me for a director position, when in fact I had applied to a planner position. Quite disappointing, and in spite of a lot of fanfare and show, they really did not have their game together. Even the recruiter was baffled.
