Interview
The interview experience was disappointing and felt unprofessional. The interviewers asked extremely deep, low-level AI questions, but the role and actual work described appeared to focus more on repetitive testing, regression testing, and general QA-related activities rather than building AI systems.
When I could not answer a very deep internal-layer question, they immediately switched to extremely basic questions. Even when I started answering, I was sometimes given barely a second before they moved on with “okay, next one,” without allowing me to complete my explanation. There were also distracting and unnecessary comments, such as questioning why my mouse was moving, which made the environment uncomfortable.
What was especially frustrating was the disconnect with the assessment. I had been asked to build and fully publish/deploy an assessment using Docker, yet the interview included little meaningful discussion about the actual solution, architecture, deployment decisions, implementation approach, or engineering trade-offs. Instead, the focus was on unrelated deep theoretical questions.
Overall, the process felt inconsistent, dismissive, and poorly aligned with both the assessment and the actual responsibilities of the role.

Question 1
Explain the internal working layers of AI/ML models and how the underlying components operate at a deep technical level.”

Interview
I recently attended the interview process for the Software Engineer role. The process had three rounds: an assignment round, a virtual technical interview, and an HR round.
For the first round, I invested around 8–10 hours building a proper Inventory Management System as per the assignment requirements. I took the assessment seriously and submitted a working project with frontend, backend, database, Docker setup, and deployment links.
However, my experience in the second round was disappointing. During the virtual interview, the interviewer’s microphone/audio was unclear multiple times, and some questions were not properly audible from my side. Instead of checking or acknowledging the technical issue, I was repeatedly told that I was not listening properly.
I understand that technical problems can happen in virtual interviews, but candidates should not be judged unfairly because of audio issues from the interviewer’s side. I had prepared seriously and handled the process professionally, so I expected the same level of professionalism in return.
Based on my experience, candidates should be careful before investing a lot of time in the assignment round. The assessment requires real effort, but the interview experience did not feel respectful or well-managed.
This is my personal experience, and I hope the company improves its interview process for future candidates.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked basic Python and problem-solving questions, such as whether Python is dynamically typed or statically typed, the difference between list and tuple, asynchronous behavior in Python, and Git vs GitHub. They also asked small coding problems like finding two indices whose sum equals a target and calculating total values from a nested dictionary structure.

Interview
Very lengthy and slow hr takes time to respond. You have to be patient with the next rounds of interview. The process is however fair. You have to be on top with numbers especially.
