Euclid Transactional interview questions

Phone screen with Manager, 1:1 with an associate. Typical interview process that concluded with a in person 1:1s with the intern hiring team. Took about a month for the whole thing. I wouldn't really recommend applying here, came from a finance background with deal making experience and they opted to hire interns from "prestigious" schools with an anthropology degree. Seems to be a consistent issue, as if you look at the previous interns they don't hire business degrees, so if you actually studied deal making them you won't be getting the deal making role. I don't really get it.

A few meetings with current members of the team. It was one round of interviews and one round of socialization. The process has become more involved and formal since I joined but is still similar.
