Great culture and benefits, but work-life balance suffers

Pros

Very good company to work for so far. Great culture, amazing flexibility and close team. Very good benefits. They hold you accountable and expect high performance but the reward is worth it.

Cons

You take the work home with you sometimes. They pay well but expect availability.

Pros

A lot of the people who work there are great and the pay is good.

Cons

Poor lower level management but the principals are all nice. People at same level are paid differently. They let people go for what they say are performance issues but really is just favoritism. You're expected to work a ton of hours and if you don't, you won't move up or may even be let go.

Pros

Everyone who works there is so fun, friendly, and welcoming. I had such a great experience there and have only heard great things. Wish every company were like this. Office space is so nice, and the location is great too. Everyone there is so hardworking and loves their job.

Cons

None best place EVER! Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
