After one week they contacted me. Interview and in 2 weeks response. The process was smooth and clear. There was a task to solve previously that I had to present during the interview.

Interview
The interview was pretty fun. I applied online and the whole process lasted 2 weeks. Firstly I talked with the communication manager and two days later I took part in an online assignment.

Question 1
My background, my ambitions, my relationship with cycling, my suggestions for the promotion of the organization. During the assignment, I had to write an article about cycling and pandemic and make some posts in order to promote it on social media.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at European Cyclists' Federation (Milan) in Feb 2021
Interview
The application was online. Then after 2 weeks it took place one calm interview of 40 minutes speaking about myself and answering some questions about what I would bring at ECF and some basic knowledge of EU institutions. A second interview followed 2 days after, including the CEO, about 15 minutes. In both occasions I've felt really comfortable with the interviewers.
