European LifeCare Group interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter who asked for my availability for an interview and offered three possible dates. I selected one of them, but he later informed me that his calendar had become busy and the meeting would need to be postponed by a few days. I confirmed that this was not a problem, and he asked whether I had a preferred time. I replied that any time on that day would work for me and waited for the invitation. I did not receive a response. As the date approached, I sent a reminder email to follow up on the invitation, but again there was no reply. The day before the planned interview, I wrote once more to ask whether the meeting was still scheduled or had been postponed. I did not receive an answer to that message either. A couple of weeks later, I received an automatic rejection email from another colleague stating that I would not be invited for an interview. I replied, explaining that I had in fact already been invited, and politely asked for clarification about my situation. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to this message either. Apparently, ghosting candidates is a common attitude in this company. Weird experience.
