About 4 total rounds. One with prospective manager, one with another team’s Manager. One with a potential teammate. And one final with the VP of Recruiting. Then they make a decision on your candidacy.

A thorough interview process that deep dives into your sales background, quota + attainment, sales cycle lengths, entrepreneurial spirit/ disposition, and thought processing. Beyond this, you will meet with various managers who will assess you for culture fit (they like hungry go-getters and people-persons who aren't afraid to pick up the phone)
Call with recruiter as a 1st step then had a video call with the manager who was hiring for the role. She then had me meet with one other manager as a final step before I received my offer!

Do you have experience with business development and bringing in leads?
Started with an interview with recruiter then an interview with hiring manager and one more interview with another manager to confirm culture fit. It was a pretty quick and easy process overall.
