Interview
Phone screen > HM #1 > HM #2 > 4 round final interview with HM, Senior SDR, SVP. Interview process was fair. Everyone was nice except the SVP of sales. SVP of sales was extremely arrogant.

1. What do you want to be when you grow up?
2. Tell me about a time you really wanted to do something and how did you do it?
First interview is a 30 minute call with a Sales Manager, really getting to know you. The interview was conducted via phone so they could see how you transfer energy via the phone.

Interview
This was the most streamlined and straight forward interview process I've ever experienced. It was 3 interview days (5 interviews total) and I got an offer the very next day.

They had a variety of questions ranging from culture fit questions to questions about my previous experiences. These include
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Describe a time you saw a project from beginning to end and didn't get the results you wanted or expected, how did you learn from this? (I'm paraphrasing)
How do you do in metrics driven environments? (paraphrased)
When is the last time you really geeked out about something? What was it and why?
