Interview
Painfully, the interview process lasted longer than two months. I drove from Minneapolis, MN to Madison, WI for a trial and was not compensated for gas or wages worked. After “phenomenal reviews” from team members that I worked along side during the trial, I was offered a job that I did not apply for. Everlight seems very disorganized in regards to their interview process. Do not apply. They drag things out and lie.

Interview
Basic interview, felt like company was trying to sell themselves to me. You take an aptitude/personality test, common for large companies. If passed it is then a back and forth of emails and screen interviews. If selected an in person meeting is arranged which is more of a walk around of the facility.
