Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn.
Process began with a call with recruiter to discuss background, compensation, goals/responsibilities of the role.
Followed up with a meeting with hiring manager diving deeper into technical expectations and goals for the teams. Some high level focus on work experience and background.
I met with the hiring manager on a Friday, and sent a follow up email the following Monday. Was told I would get more information that day or the next, but a week went by. I emailed again and got a canned response indicating the process would not continue.
Overall it was a waste of time and the communication from the Everly Health side was very lacking.
