EverythingManaged Group interview questions

Interview seemed haphazard and unprofessional. Awkward silences while interview read my CV (for the first time). They mentioned the last person in that role quit promptly. I asked when I would hear back and they didn’t give an answer, they just ended up talking about their TrustPilot. The role was re-listed before any interview outcome was given. No feedback, just a generic email saying they’ve went with someone else - even though the job is now relisted. Very strange interview experience.
