Exertis Account Manager interview questions

I went for an assessment day with exertis and all I can say was I was shocked by the whole process, I was heavily criticised for working for a competeor and made to feel ashamed of my achievements at that particular company (same job as I was interviewing for), I was heavily judged on my age (even though I had the experience skills and qualifications for the role) and the whole interview process was shocking, left feeling very bad about my achievements both professional and privet, I would avoid this company, plus they have a huge staff turn over 🚩

Was very good, professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I was happy at the end and got the job done that i wanted to achieve , which for me was a great thing to do and so forth
