ExlTech interview questions

They called for interview but they are taking money 1.5lacks for training and gives job of 8k to 10k other than design field.. They are making fools of student

1- It was a CV screening round with introduction basic knowledge with communication skills. 2- Technical Round with over all technical related question along with aptitude . 3- HR round about previous experience and discussion on working process. 4- Manager round with the detail interview on working domain .
