Dopo essere stato contattatato da un recruiter tramite LinkedIn, concordiamo un primo screening telefonico. A seguito di questo viene fissato un secondo colloquio con videochiamata via WhatsApp. Il giorno e l'ora prestabilita il recruiter non mi contatta ed inoltre non risponde né a chiamate né a mail. Da notare che avevo richiesto conferma telefonica il giorno prima. In sostanza una totale ed assoluta mancanza di professionalità e rispetto. Se questo è il modus operandi dell'azienda, da evitare nella maniera più assoluta.
