2 part interview(s), first with a recruiter on team, followed by a second round with team leads and manager. Fairly straightforward, asking about experience, and situational responses. For my particular team and job description, examples of past issues/mistakes and successes were shared, with reflective analysis.

Interview
The interview process started off very rocky because one of the recruiters couldn't even email me with a schedule or any other information. Then she incorrectly set up a webex so for 10 min of a 30 min interview I had to wait for the team to call me. After that it seemed like things got more smooth when someone else stepped in but it was definitely not something I was confident about.
