Typically will do a phone call with Experis to discuss opportunity. After that, it may be a phone call or in person interview with the potential client manager. The Experis manager will also join in the phone call or come along on the in person interview.

Interview
Zoom interview, then face to face meeting with management. Very relaxed and straight to the point, no questions where I was put on the spot and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
2nd stage was more personality based and aimed at placing the candidate in the best area of the business. Very open to flexible arrangements and sounded like zero kpis
